Christopher Baratta has over 20 years of experience in utility construction administration, project coordination, and business operations management. As President and Co-Owner, Chris oversees the company’s day-to-day administrative functions, financial coordination, client communications, project documentation, scheduling, compliance requirements, and overall business operations. He plays a major role in contract management, workforce coordination, strategic planning, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and utility providers. While primarily focused on the administrative and operational side of the business, Chris also assists in overseeing field operations to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Jason Baratta has over 20 years of experience in utility construction, project supervision, heavy equipment operations, and infrastructure management. As Co-President and Operating Engineer, Jason is responsible for overseeing field production, project logistics, financial administration, and operational planning throughout all phases of construction. He works closely with crews, management teams, and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within scope. Jason also plays a major role in equipment management, estimating, scheduling, and company growth initiatives while helping maintain the high standards and reputation the company is built upon.

Louis has more than 20 years of experience in general and utility construction. He specializes in managing daily operations, invoicing, billing, and field functions. Louis prepares schedule updates on a regular basis, produces and maintains project schedule and establishes a successful working structure.
